Enquiry information & privacy.

Information we collect

Enquiries include your name, email, country or region, packaging type, quantity and project brief. Company, phone, delivery requirements and attachments are optional. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Purpose and processing

We use this information to assess packaging requirements, reply and discuss the project. Cloudflare hosts the website and notifications are sent to our business contact’s Gmail inbox, so information may be processed outside China. We retain information as needed for project follow-up and do not display your enquiry publicly.
